The services and products offered on this website are provided by LABORATORIOS NICOLICH, S.L., with CIF: B29004496 and address at Elena Soriano 17 (29006) Málaga. The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual trade relationship between the PROVIDER and the USER, which arises when the USER accepts by ticking the corresponding box during the online contracting process. By purchasing on this website, you automatically accept these conditions. Please, read all terms and conditions carefully.

All products available on this website have our laboratories’ guarantee. “Abéñula” is a registered trademark of Laboratorios Nicolich, S.L. since 1931.
PRICES
The prices on this website include VAT (where applicable), but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in the Shipping Conditions, section – Shipping Costs.
All sales will be considered as if they have being done in Málaga in legal terms. The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT), so-called IVA in Spanish, or any other applicable taxes.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs
The shipping costs will be added to the price of the products, once the customer wants to finalize the purchase.
- Orders over 35 € will get free shipping in Peninsula.
- Orders not exceeding 35 € will have a cost of 4.50 €.
- Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and Balearic Islands will have a cost of 6.90 €.
- Shipments to Canary Islands will have a cost of 15 €.
- Shipping to Europa will add a cost of 16 €.
- Shipping outside Europe must be calculated in shipping before finalizing the purchase. To do this, use the shipping calculator. Choose the destination country and city to get the price of your shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our delivery times are 2-5 days in Spain (Peninsula) for working days.
We always try to get your order to you as soon as possible.
For other destinations, delivery time will depend on the destination.
If your order has been placed before 12:00 h (GMT Madrid) Monday to Friday, and we have received your payment, it will be processed and prepared for shipment the same day.
Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.
Once your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email from our shipping agency with the order tracking information.
CUSTOMS
Orders shipped to countries not included in the European Union and special zones, may have an extra cost due to tariffs and import taxes applied by the destination country. This cost will be charged to the customer.
For orders outside Europe, you will receive the invoice by email together with the receipt from the courier company (Correos) and the tracking number. You will be able to track your order through the courier company’s website.
-In international shipments, for any incident, you will have to contact the shipping company. They are the only ones responsible for your order once it leaves our facilities.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Paypal. Payment will be made through Paypal’s international payment system. This payment method carries a commission fee. More information www.paypal.es. Paypal payment is instantaneous.
- Credit card. Payment by credit card will be made through a secure payment procedure by CAJAMAR bank and their safety server. Under NO circumstances the PROVIDER will keep any of your credit card details on its files. That data is always processed by the bank only. Card payments may take up to one day to be received, depending on the time of payment.
- Bizum. Payment is made directly through the official Bizum website. Payment under this method is instantaneous.
- Bank Transfer. To Laboratorios Nicolich, S.L., IBAN: ES7830580854852720015897. You must indicate your full name and order number in the subject line. Payment by bank transfer may take more than one day, depending on the bank and the time of payment.
In case you use bank transfer as payment method, you could send us an email with proof of payment to nicolich@nicolich.com so we can process your order as soon as possible. Remember to include proof of payment, your full name and order number.
REFUNDS
Once you receive your order, you have 14 working days, from the moment you receive it, to return it (according to Law 47/2002 of December 19, 2002 on Retail Trade Management). Within this period, you must inform us that you want to return your order and send the package to our facilities.
When we receive the package and we have checked that everything is in perfect condition (unused and original packaging), within 14 working days, we will refund the amount corresponding to your returned order.
- Remember that we are not responsible for the cost of shipping and that it must reach us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order, and in the same condition as you received it. In any case, we are not responsible for any loss in transit to our facilities.
- The refund will be made in the same form of payment in which it was paid. It usually takes between 5 and 14 days to appear in your account depending on your bank. If the payment was made via Paypal, the refund will be immediate.
- If an order is returned by the courier company to our warehouses due to causes for which the buyer is responsible (e.g., carelessness in reception or incorrect address), the order will not be reshipped until the corresponding new shipping costs have been paid.

In compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data No. 15/1.1999, of December 13, 1999, we inform you that the data you provide through the contact forms will be incorporated and processed in the files owned by, Laboratorios Nicolich, S.L. in order to respond to your request, as well as to inform you about offers and promotions related to our services. Any other use of the USER personal data not mentioned on the above paragraph will need the previous and express consent of the USER.

Confidentiality
According to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD)., the USER data provide on forms will be added and treated on the files owned by Laboratorios Nicolich, S. L. in order to complete the USER order, and to inform him/her about promotions and offers related to our services and products. Any other use of the USER personal data not metion on the above paragraph will need the previous and express consent of the USER.
The rights of the USER are: Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data and the limitation or objection to their processing. The right to file a claim with the Spanish Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the current legislation.
